Marisol was issued an order not to step foot on my property to do any work on her own home (or my home) without first sharing her plans with me so I could plan accordingly. She viewed my request as harassments. (those emails coming soon).
This image was taken from inside my home and it is looking towards the front of my home (the power lines in the background verify that. Always nice to have neighbors laborer's on my roof without permission.
This video was taken from inside my home. It is looking towards the rear of my home (the ductwork provides that orientation) . Always nice to have neighbors laborer's on my roof without permission. (purple shirt in corner of window)
Now this is a bit confusing...
Our shared wall is only 1 brick thick.
If our property line is split down the middle of that brick, I built my block wall 2" inside my property line.
My block wall in "inside of" the brick wall in my home.
There is a beam that runs along that brick wall that carries the "dog box wall" which is clearly inside of my home...
If that's the case, how does this happen??
Well... They build their new wall "on top of the shared brick wall, which technically, means half that wall is on my property? Assuming we spilt the brick wall?
How should this have been done?
She should have held back off my block wall by 2" or so more so she could have floated past my structure.. Then a block would have been put in to fill the spacing and it would have been flashd to may wall with the block there...
On the other side of this popup, they managed to leave space...
Humm...
I asked her to work with me so we didn't get into a bind.
She replied indicating she was going to file harassments charges...
So what exactly do I do with this??
no problem on the front half...
If our property line is split down the brick, she's sitting 2" on my property...
HERE'S THE NEXT ODD PART... THIS FLOORING DOES "NOT" HAVE A SLOPE TO IT.
Is she going up a full third story?!?
And she just keeps piling up the trash with food stuff and urine bottles...
